The Grundfos SMART Digital DDA / DDC is a family of stepper-motor driven diaphragm dosing pumps delivering precision chemical dosing from 0.0025 to 30 l/h at pressures up to 16 bar, with turndown ratios up to 1:3000 and ±1% repeatability. Intelligent controls include FlowControl fault detection, AutoFlowAdapt, SlowMode anti-cavitation and pulse, analog and timer-based dosing modes, while the full-PTFE diaphragm with PP, PVC, PVDF or stainless steel dosing heads ensures broad chemical resistance. Applications include drinking water treatment, wastewater treatment, swimming pool disinfection, cooling tower and boiler water dosing, and industrial process chemical dosing.
